Windrazor is a dual-sparked hybrid of the Veteran and the Cub native to the the 32nd century.

In a distant 32nd Century, Cybertron is ruled by the Predacon Warlord Shokaract and only a tiny reistance of Maximals and Predacons remains to fight him.
In order to gain vital inteligence, a Maximal known as The Veteran merged his spark with a dying Predacon- the Cub. Windrazor was the result, powered by a strange dual spark. (Much like the Beast Warrior Tigerhawk.)
Windrazor traveled back in tom to the closing act of Optimus Primal's Beast Wars to undo the damage which caused Shokaract to rise to power.
With Shokaract's timeline unraveling, Maximal Apelinq grabbed Windrazor and opened a transwarp portal back to his own time.
Windrazor's fate is unknown, but where two entered Apelinq's time portal, only Apelinq emerged...

Toys
Windrazor is a white-with-purple-accents recolor of the Maximal Silverbolt. He was available exclusively at the 1999 Botcon Transformers Convention. Though easy to mistake for Silverbolt at a glance, it is impossible to mistake the two toys side by side.
He is the only convention exclusive- ever- sold 'carded' in a plastic buble mounted on a card. The packaging prooved unpopular with collectors became it made it impossible to remove the toy without destroying its packaging.
Early in pre-production, Windrazor was going to be named 'Soulstice'
